1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Signalyx Crypto API, website (signalyx.eu), Telegram bot, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Signalyx Crypto provides cryptocurrency market data, trading signals, technical analysis, and related analytical tools via a REST API, Telegram bot, and web dashboard. The Service is informational only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Signalyx Crypto does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading instructions. All signals, analysis, and data are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss.

4. No Liability for Losses

Signalyx Crypto, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from:

Trading decisions based on our signals or analysis
Service interruptions, delays, or errors
Inaccurate or incomplete data
Unauthorized access to your account

5. Account and API Keys

You must provide a valid email address to register.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API key.
API keys must not be shared, sold, or redistributed.
We may revoke API keys that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access or data
Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
Use the Service for illegal activities
Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
Overload the API with excessive requests beyond your plan limits

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
Prices are in EUR and may change with 30 days notice.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

9. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that data, signals, or analysis are error-free. Market data is sourced from third-party exchanges (Bybit) and may be delayed or incomplete. Use at your own risk.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk, without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, signal logic, and branding are the property of Signalyx Crypto. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
